Return your device

How to return your device

  1. If you are cancelling your subscription please be sure to package the device, charger, plug (and charging cradle if supplied).

  2. Ensure that the box is adequately sealed and secure. Please do not return in the orginal black box without sealing closed with tape.

  3. Book your collection on the Royal Mail site using the link supplied in your e-mail.

Please note as per the terms and conditions (agreed upon during sale):
  • Devices not returned will be charged for accordingly at £249 (excl. VAT). This includes devices being returned for repair.
  • Cancellations returned without components such as charging cable, plug and cradle will be charged for accordingly.
