I've been in the trade a long time, I've seen many gadgets that help us to label and keep track of the labelling come and go, and Labl.it is brilliant. Grades above everything else on the market. Labl.it reduces that time that the chefs are having to use to write their own labelsand saves me loads of man hours a week. Such a simple tool, but so important within the kitchen.
