A PPDS (Pre-Packed for Direct Sale) label is required under Natasha's Law for food made and packed on-site before being sold directly to customers. It must show the product name and a full ingredients list with the 14 major allergens emphasised (bold/underlined). General UK food law also requires that PPDS labels have best-before or use-by dates.

Very easy! You can add products manually on the device as you go, or bulk import via the back office using a CSV/spreadsheet. There's also a menu analyser tool that scans your menu and automatically outputs ingredients, foods, and allergens (a team member just needs to review and approve before it's imported).

The trial is free for 14 days with free delivery and returns. You can return the device before the trial ends at no cost. If you decide to keep it, your paid subscription starts automatically.
