Five years with Casa Brasil, our longest customer
Casa Brasil has now been a Labl.it customer for five years. They were one of the first kitchens to sign up when we launched, and today they’re our longest active customer.
It’s a huge milestone for us and so we wanted to make sure we marked it properly.
One of the first through the door
We spent 11 months getting the device right before launch, and Casa Brasil came on board shortly after we went live. Five years on, their restaurants in Southampton and Portsmouth are still labelling with Labl.it every day.

Feedback like that is our favourite kind, because it sums up in one sentence exactly what we are trying to achieve with Labl.it. A busy service has enough going on without labelling adding to it, we know that better than anyone, and so it’s always been our aim to make it easier, quicker, and more compliant.
What five years looks like from our side
A lot has changed since Casa Brasil printed their first label. We’ve grown from a handful of early customers to over 4,000 kitchens across the UK, and we’ve shipped regular updates along the way. Casa Brasil has had every one of them, because every subscription includes our monthly updates as standard, and no customer is ever left using an old version of our software.
Some things haven’t changed. We still want labelling to be the quickest, least memorable part of a kitchen’s day, and a long-standing customer is the best sign that we’re getting that right.
