Meet the partners who do what we don’t

There's a strong pull in hospitality tech towards becoming “the” platform. Add rotas. Add stock. Add training, bookings, payroll, a dashboard nobody opens. Before long you're selling an entire ecosystem that does a million things, but does all of those things just okay.
We've stayed out of that.
We do labels. EHO prep labels and Natasha's Law PPDS labels, printed in three taps from a handheld device, with the dates worked out for you. Temperature monitoring in 2027 follows the same principle, making kitchen compliance simple with intuitive hardware and software. That's the lane. We're not revolutionising your kitchen. We seamlessly fit right into it, solving problems you didn’t know you had and saving time you didn’t realise you were wasting.
That leaves quite a lot we don't do, and there are people who do those things far better than we ever would. Which is exactly why our partnerships are so important to us, industry leaders, consultants and platforms who've spent years getting good at the things we've chosen not to do.
Here’s a little roundup…
Compliance platforms?
Shield Safety's RiskProof, Food Alert's Alert65, Telsen, Trail, Paddl and Leafe all build proper digital HACCP, checklists and record logs. We've integrated with them rather than building our own version, so their apps run directly on the Labl.it device. Plus, if an enterprise customer works with a different compliance platform and they want them on the device, we’ll do our best to build a relationship with the provider and onboard them as a partner.
Consultancy and audits?
Natalie Stanton (The Food Safety Expert), Safer Food Scores, Hygiene and Safety Consultants, DiligenceNet and Food Allergy Aware. Between them, decades of food safety and allergen expertise, and the sort of knowledge that only comes from doing this work across hundreds of businesses. When a kitchen needs proper advice rather than a piece of kit, these are the people we point them to.
Training? Tayl. Wholesale and supplies? Booker and Comax. Representation or business support? UKHospitality and NCASS. Customer loyalty? Reach247.
And The Burnt Chef Project, a charity who tackle mental health stigma in hospitality and offer free therapy and 24/7 support. Their resources are available on the device too.
Kitchens don't need one company doing everything badly. They need a handful of things that work, from people who know what they're doing. We handle labels, and our partners can handle the rest.
If you're already using one of these platforms, there's a good chance it works on your Labl.it device. If you're using something that doesn't, tell us and we'll go and have the conversation.
