We've moved! Well, sort of...
We're pleased to share that Labl.it has moved into a larger headquarters at Southampton Science Park.
We haven't gone far, just a bigger space within the same site, but it's one of those milestones that tells you something real about where the business is heading. Put simply, we outgrew our old office.
Why we needed the space
The last 12 months have been our busiest yet. We've grown our team by 50%, grown our customer base by 55%, and we now support over 3,500+ kitchens across the UK. All of which is brilliant… right up until you're trying to find somewhere for a new starter to sit.
The new HQ adds 718 sq ft, which gives us proper room to work: more workspace, dedicated meeting rooms, and headroom for the recruitment we've got planned over the coming year.

Part of a bigger picture
The office is the latest in a run of investments in how we support our customers. In 2025 we opened a dedicated operations facility to sharpen our customer support, speed up shipping and streamline repairs, because when a kitchen has an issue mid-service, "we'll get back to you" isn't good enough.
That's the thinking behind this move too. More space means more people, and more people means faster support, more product and feature updates, and more kitchens we can help.
What's next?
We'll be recruiting again over the next 12 months, and we've got new compliance products in the pipeline for the hospitality sector. Demand for digital food safety technology isn't slowing down, and neither are we.
Southampton Science Park has been a great home for us, a genuinely good environment for a growing team, and we're glad to be staying put while getting the room we need.
